End Mass Migration is a trading name of Emmnon Ltd, and as such it is Emmnon Ltd that acts as the data controller.

DATA COLLECTION

Data held by End Mass Migration is that provided by you when you contact us either via the ‘Contact Us’ form on the website, directly by email or on any other occasion when you willingly provide information to End Mass Migration. We might also collect information you voluntarily provide as a result of your engagement and interaction with us. If this data is linked to an identifiable individual, it is classified as personal information and therefore within the scope of this policy.

We are not responsible for data collected by any third party operator to which our website provides a link. You are advised to check the privacy policies of these third parties.

DATA STORAGE AND TRANSMISSION

All data held by End Mass Migration is stored electronically and securely on UK-based cloud servers. We endeavour to take reasonable technical measures to prevent loss, theft, unauthorized access or disclosure of information while it is being stored or transmitted. It is not possible to guarantee perfect security as any system is penetrable.

Personal data will be held for no longer than seven years from the day it is provided.

DATA PROCESSING

All data processing is carried out for the purpose of maintaining communication between you and us and to help us conduct demographic, geographical and distributional analysis. Any communication with you will be exclusively for the purpose of facilitating, enabling, funding and coordinating End Mass Migration campaigns and any other activities directly related to advancing the aims of End Mass Migration. This communication includes, but is not limited to, responding to your emails and other messages, newsletters, raising awareness of scheduled events and activities, promotions, administrative notifications, and donation requests.

YOUR RIGHTS

In accordance with Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) guidelines, you have the right to inquire about the data we hold on you. Data subjects have the right to request the following:

• Details of how the data held about you is being processed and the use to which it is being put

• Rectification of data held about you if it is erroneous or incomplete

Any request pertaining to the above should be sent to privacy@endmassmigration.uk. Any individual making such a request will have to provide verification of their identity, and we may ask for further clarification if needed. Once a request is confirmed as legitimate, we will respond appropriately within one calendar month. All requests will be logged.

DATA SHARING

End Mass Migration will not share your data with any third party unless obligated by law to do so.

COMPLAINING

If you are unhappy with how End Mass Migration has collected or processed your data, you have a right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).
